Training Page layout suggestion (in General)

On the training page I have to scroll back and forth to be able to see all 4 of my minions to train experience.

Would it be possible to instead of putting them all in a row to actually stack them in a 2 by 2 format.

Meaning your first and second minion are on the top and your 3rd and 4th minion are below them.

I have always had a problem like this even back in CB1 due to my screen resolution and font size.

You could always just change your resolution....

weredrow i like your suggestion it seems to me that the format you suggest would be better

I have the same problem as you Weredrow and I have my text size set at "smaller". If I change it to "smallest" I'll need a magnifying glass to read it...

That's the trouble with using IE as your browser. I've learned to live with it though and I'll be surprised if Jon makes this change.

While at work I am forced to use IE and a 600x800 res.

Perhaps a supporter option to change the layout since it can simply be done in the css file.

look at the sizes.
If you need to scroll left and right the way it is now you would need to scroll up and down for the way you are suggesting.
Each minions train area is a size to make even your suggestion a size problem so changing it wouldn't help.

if you line them up 2 by 2 then you would have filled the screen. it could be the solution.

scrolling down > scrolling right

and yes, it would fill the screen on a 800x600 res.

I am using a resolution of 1280 by 1024 and the DPI is set to large.

I have plenty of room to display 2 x 2 but in the 1 x 4 format my 4th minion is off the edge of the screen, I use a wheel mouse so scrolling down is a lot easier then scrolling left or right.

I asked for the change in the hopes it might be something Jon would change, but if he does not change it I will still play. And as I was told as a little kid. "If you do not ask it will never happen."

Though I do like the idea of maybe making it a setting option for supporters. It would be a nice little feature for supporters that would not effect game balance.

I like the option too - on Firefox at 1024x768, I lose most of my 4th minion on the right of the screen
